Hi, I’m Maia (my-ee-uh)
I am a storyteller, game master, and creative producer obsessed with building meaningful, emotionally resonant tabletop RPG experiences.
I discovered TTRPGs in March of 2023 and quickly fell in love with the space. Not just as a game but as a way to craft immersive, collaborative stories with heart, stakes, and soul. Within a few months I began running my own games and I haven’t stopped since.
Now I am about three years in and I spend most of my days thinking about narrative structure, emotional pacing, player chemistry, and how to create actual play content that is not only fun but engaging for an audience.

The Philosophy
I am especially passionate about raising the bar for what online TTRPG storytelling can be. I believe in thoughtful casting, intentional session design, and balancing entertainment with emotional depth. My actual play podcast work lives in that space between gaming and a radio drama with sound design, cinematic narration, and players who show up ready to build something powerful together.
Representation & Inspiration
As a Black woman in a space that is still growing in representation, I show up fully not just to create, but to be visible, to build space for others, and to prove that we belong in these stories too. My biggest inspirations are Aabria Iyengar’s worldbuilding, Brennan Lee Mulligan’s table direction, and the overall storytelling and chemistry from shows like Dimension 20 and My First Dungeon.
